My name is Caroline "Carrie" Gates. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor thru AFAA, a certified Personal Trainer thru SCW, a Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Exercise Nutrition Coach, a NJ Licensed Massage Therapist and the Owner of Island Fitness & Massage of South Jersey.

My name is Kimberly Brooks and I have lost a total of 56 lbs with Zumba Fitness!! I went from a size 16-18 to 6-8!

If you like to have fun and want a great workout- this is the program for you! I can say this because this is the ONLY program that has worked for me, I thought nothing would ever help me get back into shape. I tried dieting, home exercise videos, a weight loss challenge at work, only to get bored with everything, until now. At first my clothes started getting loose then the pounds started melting away and at a maintainable rate of 1-2 lbs a week. Zumba® fitness is fun, exciting, exhilarating and yes, it will make you sweat.  Zumba has inspired me so much that I have become AFAA Group Fitness Certified. Join the party with me!!
